AA88 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and AA88 Entretenimento Digital Ltda. ("AA88", "we", "our"), which operates the Sports Betting and online casino platform accessible at aa88.express.

By registering at AA88, by making any deposit, or by using any feature of the platform — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, and virtual casino games — you confirm that you have read and fully accepted these Terms and all supplementary policies, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling guidelines.

The AA88 may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via your registered email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days in advance. Continued use of the platform after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

To use the services of AA88, you must create a personal, free, and non-transferable account. Each CPF may be linked to only one active account. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited.

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Full name as it appears on your official government-issued ID
• A valid CPF belonging exclusively to you
• Date of birth
• Active email address
• Mobile number for two-step verification

The AA88 may request additional documentation for identity verification (KYC) at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals above R$ 500.00. Accepted documents are: a valid RG, CNH, or passport. Accounts with incorrect or fraudulent information will be suspended and balances may be held until the issue is resolved.

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all access to your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately at AA88 via 24/7 chat.

To register and use the services of AA88, the user must meet all of the following requirements:

• Age: be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration, as required by Law No. 14.790/2023
• Legal capacity: have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code
• Residence: be physically located in Brazilian territory at the time of placing bets
• Not an employee: employees of AA88 and their immediate family members are prohibited from creating betting accounts

The AA88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be closed immediately and any winnings will be voided. Suspected cases may be reported to the relevant authorities.

The AA88 accepts only payment methods linked to bank accounts or digital wallets registered under the account holder's CPF. Accepted methods include:

• Pix — primary method; instant credit upon confirmation by the Central Bank; available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 3 business days after payment
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and Hipercard; immediate processing for debit cards, subject to anti-fraud review for credit cards
• PicPay and Mercado Pago — credit within up to 30 minutes after confirmation
• TED Transfer — through major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa, and other institutions participating in the Brazilian National Financial System

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. No fee is charged by AA88 on deposits, but your financial institution may apply its own fees. Deposits made by third parties or from accounts not in the name of the account holder at AA88 will be declined and returned in full.

The AA88 may set maximum deposit limits per period, communicated to the user via platform notification. Deposits suspected of money laundering will be reported to COAF as required by law.

Withdrawals at AA88 are processed exclusively to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, always linked to the account holder's CPF. This is a security and anti-money-laundering measure.

Processing times by payment method:

• Pix: processed within 30 seconds of approval; available 24h, including weekends and public holidays
• TED bank transfer: processed within 1 business day after approval
• Credit card: chargeback within up to 10 business days, subject to the card issuer's schedule

The minimum withdrawal is R$ 20.00. There is no fee charged by AA88 regarding Pix withdrawals. Withdrawals pending KYC verification are held until the identification process is complete — the user will be notified by email with the required documents.

The AA88 may request proof of the origin of deposited funds at any time prior to processing a withdrawal, in accordance with its obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering Law (Law No. 9.613/1998).

Sports Betting at AA88 cover more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Copa Sul-Americana, Premier League, Champions League), UFC and MMA, volleyball (Superliga), basketball (NBB and NBA), tennis, motorsports, and e-sports.

General rules that apply to all bets:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the user, except where the Cash Out feature is available.
• The AA88 reserves the right to suspend specific markets at any time for technical, regulatory, or sporting integrity reasons
• Odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply, regardless of any subsequent changes
• The minimum bet is R$ 2.00 for single bets

Events cancelled before they begin: all bets are fully refunded. For accumulators, the cancelled selection is removed and the odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.

Postponed events: a window of up to 48 hours is allowed for rescheduling. If the event is not rescheduled within that period, all bets are refunded.

Events suspended after they begin: bet settlement will follow the specific rules for each sport, available in the rules center at AA88.

Cash Out: available in selected markets. The cash out value is calculated in real time based on current odds and may be lower than the original stake. The AA88 may suspend or remove the cash out option from any market at any time.

The virtual casino games at AA88 use certified random number generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Published RTPs represent the theoretical return to player calculated over millions of rounds — the outcome of any individual session may vary significantly.

For Live Casino, games are streamed in real time from physical studios. Dealers are trained and follow standardized procedures that players can follow live. There are no pre-recorded streams.

The AA88 may end a game session for technical reasons. If an interruption occurs during an active round, the bet will be refunded if the outcome cannot be determined. Valid results are permanently recorded on our servers and cannot be disputed based on client-side visual evidence.

Bet limits per table and per session may be applied without prior notice to users who display behavioral patterns associated with exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform.

The AA88 periodically offers welcome bonuses, cashback, boosted odds, accumulator bonuses, and other promotions. Each offer has its own specific terms published on the respective promotion page, which take precedence over the general rules in this section in the event of any conflict.

General rules that apply to all bonuses:

• Rollover: bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before the bonus balance can be converted into withdrawable funds. The standard minimum rollover is 5x for Sports Betting
• Timeframe: unused bonuses or bonuses whose rollover has not been met within the deadline expire automatically with no possibility of reactivation
• Qualifying bets: bets with odds below 1.20 generally do not count toward rollover requirements
• Live Casino: Live Casino bets typically contribute a lower percentage toward rollover requirements than Sports Betting wagers — check the specific terms of each promotion
• One promotion per user: unless otherwise stated, each promotion may be redeemed once per CPF, address, device, and IP address

The AA88 reserves the right to cancel bonuses granted due to technical errors, to withhold winnings derived from exploitation of promotional vulnerabilities, and to close accounts that show a pattern of systematic bonus abuse without genuine intent to play.

The AA88 may cancel or void bets under the following circumstances:

• Odds published with a clear error (values obviously outside market range due to a technical fault)
• Event canceled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or not played in the originally scheduled format
• Confirmed suspicion of match-fixing
• Bets placed after the official end of the event (late bets)
• Bets placed in violation of these rules or applicable regulatory requirements

In the event of a void, the full stake is returned to the user's balance. Bets voided due to incorrect odds are refunded — users have no right to winnings calculated on the basis of erroneous odds.

Cancellation decisions are reviewed by the trading team at AA88 and may be disputed by the user through support within 30 days of settlement.

The AA88 is committed to responsible gambling and provides practical self-control tools accessible at any time through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, and monthly limits. Once set, a more restrictive limit takes effect immediately; a less restrictive limit only takes effect after 24 hours, as a cooling-off period
• Account pause: temporarily suspend your account for anywhere from 24 hours up to 6 months. During the suspension, no access, deposits, or bets are permitted
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account at AA88. Once self-exclusion is in place, the account cannot be reopened and no promotional communications will be sent
• Wagering reality: access your full history of bets, deposits, and withdrawals to review your behavior over time

The AA88 collects and processes users' personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). The data collected is used exclusively for:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention (KYC)
• Financial transaction processing

• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations

The following practices are strictly prohibited on the AA88:

• Creating multiple accounts to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions
• Use of bots, scripts, or automated software to interact with the platform
• Coordinated betting among multiple users to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome
• Exploiting odds errors or technical glitches for artificial financial gain
• Money laundering or use of the platform to conceal the origin of funds
• Account sharing with third parties
• Any form of fraud, manipulation, or dishonest conduct

The AA88 actively monitors suspicious behavior patterns. Accounts involved in prohibited conduct will have their balance frozen, winnings voided, and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Legitimate deposited funds will be returned after investigation, provided they are not linked to any illegal activity.

By the user: you can close your account at any time by contacting AA88. The available balance will be returned after full KYC verification, minus any pending bonuses that have not met their rollover requirements. The process takes up to 5 business days from the request.

From AA88: we may suspend or close accounts in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Confirmed that the user is under 18 years of age
• Request from a competent regulatory or judicial authority
• Extended inactivity (account with no activity for more than 24 months)

In cases of closure due to a serious violation, the AA88 reserves the right to withhold winnings obtained in violation of these Terms. Legitimate deposit balances will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be returned following an investigation.

The AA88 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 days in advance via the registered email address or a notification on the platform. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the document.

If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date and receive your available balance back. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes automatic acceptance of the updated terms.

In the event of a conflict between different versions of these Terms, the most recent version published at aa88.express/terms-conditions shall prevail.

Disputes between the user and AA88 must first be submitted to support for an amicable resolution attempt. If no agreement is reached within 15 business days, the user may escalate to the relevant regulatory bodies as set out in Law No. 14.790/2023.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the district of São Paulo — SP are designated as the exclusive venue for resolving any disputes, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
